Our client are seeking a CAD Technician to join the team and produce accurate and timely CAD drawings.
Working for a small close-knit team you must be comfortable working for a small business and have the personality to fit in with the team. The successful candidate will be a pro-active, creative character who will come in and make the role their own.

Responsibilities:
- Create quality detailed technical drawings for customers
- Use a variety of CAD software programmes to create models
- Liaise with designers, engineers and architects to understand their needs
- Provide technical advice to technicians
- Provide detailed and accurate drawings
- Calculate costs for each individual project
- Present work to customers and senior management team
- Keep record of all details for each project
- Offer a first class service to all customers
Requirements:
- AutoCAD experience and creating design within the manufacturing sector is a must
- Knowledge of engineering with the ability to read drawings
- Creative mind and pro-active approach to all tasks
- Positive and enthusiastic
- Confident and clear communicator both verbally and written
- Well organised team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Account Management ability
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
